My husband and I have been going to Cha Cold Cafe for a while now and we loved their bubble teas so much we asked them if they could cater our wedding that was held last month. Let me tell you, ALL of our guests loved their milk teas and we quickly ran out of drinks before our reception could even really start. We still visit the cafe even after the wedding because we genuinely love the drinks and fantastic customer service they deliver. I can’t recommend a better place for bubble tea and the owners are really nice people to chat with!

This is my favorite spot, as a local to Asheville. It gets very difficult to find places for yummy drinks / boba, cafés are often overpriced, and lackluster. I usually have no reason to be out towards Airport rd but I love to make time for them. The owners of this establishment are the sweetest partnership I’ve ever seen. They’re personable and I believe(? based on actions) passionate about their impact on community— giving a family friendly spot for treats, hiring local highschoolers to work reasonable hours even though they probably don’t need it as much, it’s so low stress/calm, and they always come in prepared to work hard. They have a wide variety of drinks with reasonable to low pricing, my favorite is the Thai tea lovers I get it EVERYTIME. Their crepe cakes are also amazing, the right amount of sweet- their ‘sauce’ adds a little more and the cream isn’t oily. I recommend the Taro but all flavors are good. I think their only downside (which in a way is also a benefit) is their store is smaller so you ideally don’t stay and work/study out of respect for the space- there are tables don’t get me wrong! It’s good for sitting and chatting with friends / family.

Extremely delicious boba drinks!!!! I would give it a 10 star if I could! Definitely worth the try. They have a lot of great flavors. Customer service was great also, very friendly and kind. Bobas are cooked perfectly. The flavors are beyond amazing! We got brown sugar, brows sugar espresso and Purple Rain (added lychee popping bobas). The purple rain drink is one of the most refreshing and delicious drinks that I’ve ever had!

Love this place! I used to work next door and Cha Cold was my favorite treat after a long day. I love lychee flavored things so purple rain and thailander drinks were my favorites! Also highly recommend the Thai tea crepe cake. The owners really care about quality and there are so many delicious things on the menu so you can’t go wrong here!

This place was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helped explain everything. The food and drinks were so delicious. I love their Fruity Teas. The Bubble Waffle was so good and you definitely need to try their Crepe Cakes. A definite MUST VISIT. I will definitely be back soon.
